Common questions

• My image is taking a long time — renders usually take one to three minutes. Leave the page open; it will appear when it's done.
• My photo was rejected — the tools work on rooms and yards. Photos where a person is the subject are declined. Try a wider, well-lit shot of the whole room.
• The result doesn't look like my room — try a wider shot taken from a corner, with the lights on and the blinds open, so the whole room is visible.
• I want my data deleted — email or call us and we'll remove your photos, images and enquiry.
• Do you work in my area? — we have local teams in Boise, Denver South, Nashville, Orlando, and San Diego (North County and Downtown/East County). If you are near one of those, give us a call.
