How we work

From your kitchen to your new kitchen, in four steps

One local team from the first measurement to the last handle. Every kitchen runs the same four steps, so you always know what is happening now and what comes next — and most are finished in a few weeks, not months.

  1. Phase 1

    Design consultationFree, no obligation

    Your local team come to you, measure the kitchen, and look at what you already have. You go through the range together — door style, color, countertop, hardware — and talk through what makes sense for your home and your budget. You leave with a price in writing.

  2. Phase 2

    Template & measure

    Once you have chosen, we template the countertops off your actual cabinets rather than off a drawing. It is the step that decides whether the finished kitchen fits, and it is why the seams and the overhangs end up where they should be.

  3. Phase 3

    Manufacture

    Your doors, drawer fronts and cabinetry are made to your measurements, with USA-made joinery and soft-close Blum hardware. Countertops are cut from the slab you picked. Nothing arrives on site until all of it is ready.

  4. Phase 4

    Install

    One team fits everything — cabinets or fronts, countertops, sink, faucet, hardware and storage — and cleans up after themselves. Most kitchens are finished in a few weeks, and a reface is faster again because your cabinets never leave the room.
